Collis' personal real estate journey is one of grit, patience, and vision. After nearly a decade of saving, he purchased his first property — a 100+ year-old tear-down in New Westminster — and transformed it into a stunning blend of heritage charm and modern function. From there, he moved into a townhouse in East Vancouver, before taking on another major project: an aging home near the PNE, which he has spent the last three years completely overhauling, including the addition of a legal suite. Every project was a product of hard work, creativity, and strong relationships with trusted tradespeople.
